Dr. Pat Ricalde

Dr. Pat Ricalde is from Ann Arbor, Michigan. After graduating magna cum laude from high school she received an academic scholarship to Eastern Michigan University. She attended dental school at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, graduating magna cum laude and receiving numerous performance awards to include: the Academy of Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities Award, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Award, Nathan David Gold Memorial Award, and the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Award. She was recognized by Who’s Who among students in American Universities and Colleges and has been inducted into the Gorgas Odontological Honor Society as well as the OKU Honorary Dental Society.Dr. Ricalde continued her education in Baltimore, first completing medical school, and then an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Maryland and Shock Trauma Center. Dr. Ricalde’s advanced training includes: dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, head/neck pathology, craniofacial trauma, and reconstructive surgery.

After finishing residency, she completed a fellowship with internationally renowned Dr. Jeffrey C. Posnick. Under his tutelage she received advanced training in the management of patients with cleft lip/palate, dentofacial malformations, pediatric craniofacial deformities, and facial aesthetic surgery. Dr. Ricalde is the author of numerous publications and book chapters. She lectures both nationally and internationally on the subject of pediatric craniofacial surgery. She is the lead investigator in research projects to improve surgical care for patients, and maintains academic affiliations in order to educate future maxillofacial and craniofacial surgeons.Dr. Ricalde has volunteered with many international non-profit organizations dedicated to providing surgical assistance to less fortunate patients with cleft lip/ palate anomalies. She is the Founder and Director of the Cleft and Craniofacial Team at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital, and holds privileges at most area hospitals. Dr. Ricalde is dedicated to providing quality care to patients, especially to those with special needs.

 

Dr. Nicole Barrineau

A native of Gulf Breeze, Dr. Barrineau has been setting the highest standards of excellence in dentistry since 1997.  She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, where she graduated summa cum laude.  An esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Barrineau is a noted public lecturer and an active member in many leading dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Seattle Study Club, and Escarosa Dental Society.  Dr. Barrineau is committed to continuing education, participating in programs offered by Spear Education among other organizations.  She also enjoys giving back to her community, participating with many local fundraisers and charities, Relay for Life, local schools, numerous mission trips, Impact 100, and Caring and Sharing.

 

Dr. David Echevarria

David F. Echevarria, MD is Board Certified in General Surgery.  He earned his undergraduate degree at Tulane University and his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Miami School of Medicine.  Dr. Echevarria returned to Tampa where he completed a five-year General Surgery Residency at Tampa General Hospital, The Veterans Administration, and H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center.

Dr. Echevarria has been in surgical practice for over 20 years.  His clinical interests include advanced laparoscopic surgery, general surgery, robotic surgery and surgical oncology including breast, liver and pancreatic cancers.  Dr. Echevarria provides state of the art breast conservation treatment options for early stage breast cancer patients with the Mammosite Radiation Therapy System.  He has extensive experience with Bariatric Surgery for Morbid Obesity.  He also served as co-chair of the Intuitive Surgical Robotics Program at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida.

Dr. Echevarria is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.  He is a member of the American Society for Bariatric Surgeons, and an Affiliate Member of H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute.
